The innovative Shenton Woodcraft Sharpening System grinding machine is a twin-wheeled bench grinder with 2 CBN 200mm x 40mm wide wheels fitted designed to quickly and accurately sharpen various woodturning tools, including parting tools, skew chisels, and side grinds.
This easy-to-use system, designed by woodturner Nigel, employs a unique method that allows you to replicate the same grinding angle every time.
The system works by first grinding the tool to the desired angle. Then, a piece of scrap wood is cut and placed into a slot in the system. This allows the user to quickly and easily replicate the same angle on subsequent sharpenings.

The Shenton Woodcraft Slow Grinder is a perfect match for the Repeat Edge Sharpening System, but the system is compatible with most 6-inch and 8-inch standard double wheel bench grinders.
